Herbaceous. Not Typical Floral
Okay, it's important to understand what this one IS and what it ISN'T. It is NOT a white floral like gardenia or jasmine. Nor is is a waxy/bulb floral like tulips, daffodils, or lilies. This one is an herbaceous, earthy floral like wild ginger. If you understand that you will appreciate Midnight Orchid. I bought this to have in my arsenal as a blending ingredient; I would not likely put this in a candle as a stand alone scent. If you have ever seen displays of potted orchids at a big box store, you'll see they are planted in wood chips. There is some of that earthy wet wood Chip element here, with a very slight spicy, faintly sweet (like a miniscule 'hint' of something like Juicy Fruit gum), but mostly herbaceous. This would add some depth or interest as a "backdrop" to another scent. For example, mixed with a cologne scent, or a Hawaiian fragrance like coconut. Want something exotic, add a few "drops" of this.
